Additional work is quoted separately for your approval.

For Service Call & Repair, the visit fee already paid is deducted from approved work. The initial evaluation reference covers up to two systems.

What does the initial visit cost?

The initial on-site visit costs $150 for any of our services. It covers the visit and initial review of your equipment or project needs, not the full repair, maintenance, cleaning or installation work.

Is additional work included in the visit fee?

Additional work is quoted separately for your approval. For Service Call & Repair, the $150 already paid is deducted from approved work. If that work totals $500 and you have paid $150, the remaining balance is $350.

What information should I send?

Send your name, phone number and service address. If you know anything about the problem or have noticed any symptoms, let us know—you do not need to diagnose it.

What can expand the initial evaluation scope?

System count, access, complexity, additional testing, a second visit or another condition can change the scope. NRB explains added scope before continuing.

How is Maintenance different from Deep Clean?

Maintenance is routine cleaning and review. Deep Clean is a separate, more intensive scope when condition, buildup or access requires deeper cleaning.

Can NRB schedule work outside regular hours?

Yes, by arrangement. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and after-hours appointments can be coordinated depending on the job and schedule.
